I'm a holistic psychotherapist integrating a full mind-body-brain approach to treatment.  I combine functional neuroscience, movement (I am a personal trainer), somatic work/Reiki, and functional and integrative medicine with conventional psychotherapy modalities.  I teach clients how to regulate and integrate their nervous system in order to feel safe in their bodies, eliminate unwanted habits, improve focus, attention, and energy, and ultimately get out of survival mode and into thriving mode.

I work with an array of clients - from high performing professional athletes, doctors, lawyers, and executives who are looking to take their work to the next level to those who have "tried everything" in therapy and are still struggling.  Once I ground my clients in the basics, making sure their brain and body are working well, we are able to give their nervous system the nourishment it needs in order to support the emotional and mental work done in therapy and coaching.

I spent five years working in Bellevue Hospital as a primary clinician in the psychiatric emergency room, mobile crisis unit, and inpatient psychiatry.  Prior to that, I worked clinically with college students (including varsity athletes) at NYU and Tulane University.  Meanwhile, I have 6+ years of studying and working as a fitness coach and functional neurology practitioner and have developed a deep understanding of how our neurology and physical body impact our mental health.
