I am the founding director of a contemplative psychotherapy collective that includes a group of women from diverse backgrounds who offer both traditional talk and creative arts therapy. When you get in touch, the first step is to have a free 10 min phone call with me to discuss what you are looking for and create a space where I can answer your questions while sharing more about the therapists in our practice. Once you decide to move forward and begin therapy, we will decide on a therapist that feels right for you and you can schedule your first appointment.
My goal is to match you with the therapist that you feel fits with your interests and the challenges you are currently facing. We have a sliding scale and flexible scheduling. Whether you are looking for a personal therapist, a group to join, or a workshop to attend I would love to speak with you and see how we can help.
No prior experience in the arts or any contemplative practices are necessary and we work with your comfort level to create an atmosphere you feel supported in.
