From our first session, I aim to create a safe, authentic connection that allows you to take steps toward healing and recovery. Our work will emphasize your subjective well-being and help you create a full, satisfying, and meaningful life in line with your personal values.

I work with young adults, adults, and couples seeking to change patterns in their relationships, express and manage emotions in more adaptive ways, and generate and implement effective solutions to daily life challenges. I received my PhD in clinical psychology from Fordham University and have extensive training working with individuals with traumatic experiences from diverse backgrounds. I am trained in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotion-focused therapy for couples.

My background in scientific research on trauma, self-injury, and the therapeutic alliance in online therapy inform my approach to clinical care. After collaborating to discuss your treatment goals, we will craft an individually-tailored treatment plan that aligns with your unique perspective, background, and needs.
