My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, client-centered lens. I often integrate CBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build awareness around their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also developing practical tools for change. I value creating a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment—and move at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience supporting adolescents and young adults in both school-based and private pratice settings, including work focused on relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and emotional regulation. I am LGBTQ-affirming and committed to providing care that is inclusive, respectful, and attuned to each person’s unique experience.

I offer both in-person sessions in Manhattan and virtual therapy across New York.
