Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
As women, each season of our lives is deeply embedded with transitions - in our relationships with ourselves and with others, in motherhood and family, and in career. While some of these transitions may be embraced as desired and exciting, others are often unexpected, stressful, and anxiety-inducing.
I specialize in working with adult women to address issues of anxiety, maternal mental health, parenting concerns, relationship distress, career-related transitions, and perfectionism. I integrate a warm, compassionate stance with evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies to help women develop the insight, information, and skills needed to overcome mood-related challenges and to cultivate resilience.
I am a goal-directed and active coach who helps women identify and use their strengths to solve specific parenting- and career-related concerns that are causing them distress. I also offer career exploration testing.
