I am a white, queer, cisgender therapist, based in Brooklyn. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, LGBTQ folks, and people in non-traditional or non-normative family and relationship structures (polyamory, CNM, etc). My work is most informed by family systems, relational theory, DBT, and narrative therapies, all of which allow me to see the individual in the context of a complex whole. I am guided by my faith in the capacities of all people to grow and change, and by my firm conviction that relationships are the key to healing. I hold an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Prior to opening a private practice, I spent a number of years working in schools and after-schools, as well as in outpatient mental health clinics.
