I am a clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working directly with tweens, teens, adults, and couples In addition to my individual work, I run groups for people going through divorce/separations, and provide workshops on a variety of sexual health issues.
I provide individual, couples and and group therapy, as well as workshops, and consultation. I integrate therapeutic tools to suit each client's needs. Grounded in psychodynamic theory, I integrate AEDP, IFS, CBT and ACT into my work. With extensive experience, including in the fields of sexuality and sexual health, I help clients better understand the most intimate parts of their lives and identities through compassionate dialogue.
