I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing virtually in New York State. My practice is centered on children and families, with specialties in early childhood behavior problems and anxiety, as well as perinatal mental health. I am passionate about supporting parents through both their own therapy and parenting-focused work.

I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based intervention that supports parents in learning how to best manage young children with emotional dysregulation and disruptive behavior, and also have extensive training in treating early childhood anxiety.

My approach to therapy centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and PCIT for Selective Mutism. I also incorporate elements of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), such as mindfulness, when helpful. My goal is to foster a warm and supportive therapeutic environment while also grounding our sessions in these evidence-based approaches to treatment.
