My clients find themselves to be successful in many areas of their life, but still feel as though they are missing something. Sometimes unexpected stressors leave us feeling frustrated or helpless, old patterns of relating leave us feeling stuck in our relationships, and job stress leaves us feeling overworked and yearning for a healthier work/life balance. I enjoy working collaboratively to tailor an approach that meets your specific and unique needs.
I work with clients of all backgrounds with a variety of concerns specific to anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and women's issues. Having spent years working in the corporate world, I also work with busy professionals and leaders of various industries. I understand the distinct experiences of women in the business world and work with clients to enhance leadership abilities, develop boundaries in and out of the workplace, and prioritize self-care.
I received my Ph.D. from Columbia University. My clinical experiences span academic, forensic, and corporate settings. My office is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan (just blocks from Columbus Circle) and I offer flexible appointment times throughout the day.
