Liz Yarock is a NYC-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a primary focus on women and adolescent mental health. Liz provides virtual psychotherapy to individuals in NY, NJ, and MA. Liz's style is warm, down to earth, compassionate, and deeply intuitive.

Liz employs an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing relational, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), and mind-body techniques to help you discover and build upon your unique strengths. She has extensive training and experience using evidence-based treatments for various anxiety disorders including: generalized anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and separation anxiety, in both adults and adolescents.
