My philosophy in mental health counseling is rooted in the belief that change is possible. Drawing from my 20 years of experience in physical rehabilitation as an occupational therapist, I bring a holistic and body-based understanding to mental health treatment.
I have an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing on specialized training in I-CBT, EMDR, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy. While diverse, these modalities share a common focus: identifying and dismantling deeply ingrained, limiting patterns. My goal is to empower you to break free from these cycles and foster lasting change.
