I work relationally and focus on your relationship with yourself and those around you. Additionally, I’ll help you explore relational trauma, relationship anxiety, fallout from infidelity, or relationship beliefs that are holding you back. We'll work together to develop strategies and tools for real change. I believe insight is important, but self-awareness alone won’t make you feel better; you also need to change your behavior. During sessions, I will challenge your beliefs, and help disrupt patterns to help you meet your goals. If you're in a relationship or looking for one, I can help.
I have been influenced by a variety of evidence based practices. I use these to tailor treatment to each client to help them learn and develop the skills they need to live more satisfying lives. After graduating from Columbia School of Social Work, I completed the externship certification in couples and family therapy at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. I am also trained in EFT and AEDP.
