Psychologist, Ph.D.
I’m a clinical psychologist who takes a trauma-informed and relational approach to therapy. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely engaged. Together, we’ll explore what’s been shaping your experiences, bring curiosity and compassion to old patterns, and open up new ways of relating to yourself and the people in your life.
Everyone comes to therapy with their own unique experiences, pain, and innate strengths. Many people I work with have lived through trauma or other complex and difficult periods in their lives. I specialize in working with those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, sadness, low self-worth, emotional dysregulation, grief, challenges with trust, and relationship conflict.
I earned my doctorate at The New School for Social Research and have over a decade of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Everyone is welcome—there’s no right way to show up. In addition to my clinical work, I offer supervision to mental health professionals looking to find new ways of supporting their clients. You’re welcome to reach out to set up a consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
