I am passionate about helping clients work through relationship and family concerns, parenting difficulties, perinatal challenges, trauma, identity development questions, and stressful life transitions, and focus on a range of general issues, including anxiety, depression, and emotional volatility. I work with individuals across the lifespan, specializing in treatment of children, adolescents, young adults, perinatal women, and parents. I also run a postpartum identity therapy group as well as a DBT skills group for adults and have my certification in perinatal mental health.

I strive to foster a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment through humor, empathy and compassion, that will allow you to explore your history, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using an integrative, evidence based approach, my goal is to help you develop effective ways of coping with emotional and interpersonal distress and to feel competent and grounded in all areas of your life.
