Hayat Yussuf, LCSW, MBA, is an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist, trauma psychotherapist, and Executive Coach based in New York City. She brings over a decade of experience supporting leaders and individuals seeking to heal from trauma and enhance their well-being.

Hayat maintains a private practice and also works part-time at Weill Cornell Hospital’s Center for Trauma and Addiction, providing EMDR-focused therapy and EMDR Intensives—condensed sessions for accelerated healing. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and CPTSD, using EMDR, somatic experiencing, and CBT. Trained at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City, Hayat applies a trauma-informed, relational approach grounded in both clinical and organizational expertise.

After leadership roles in the technology sector, Hayat transitioned into therapy to help others navigate stress and personal growth. She also holds an MBA from Suffolk University and an MSW from Columbia University, along with a two-year Executive Coaching Certificate from NYU.
