Licensed Creative Art Therapist, LCAT, ATR-BC
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who is fully trained in EMDR. I use a relational and humanistic approach to support clients in making meaning of their experiences and to navigate the changes they would like to make going forward. I work with clients who struggle with a range of issues including life transitions, attachment ruptures, generational trauma, symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and PTSD. I incorporate a combination of verbal psychotherapy, parts work, EMDR, and creative arts therapies with my clients.
I earned my masters in art therapy from NYU, trained in couples therapy at the William Alanson White Institute, and have additional training in the processes of Music and Imagery from the Institute for Music and Consciousness.
