Licensed Creative Art Therapist, LCAT, ATR-BC
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who is fully trained in EMDR. I use a relational and humanistic approach to support clients in making meaning of their experiences and to navigate the changes they would like to make going forward. I work with clients who struggle with a range of issues including life transitions, attachment ruptures, generational trauma, symptoms related to anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and PTSD. I incorporate a combination of verbal psychotherapy, parts work, EMDR, and creative arts therapies with my clients.
In addition to seeing clients as their primary therapist, I also enjoy practicing EMDR as an adjunctive treatment with people who would like a treatment team approach. I earned my masters in art therapy from NYU and trained in couples therapy at the William Alanson White Institute.
