Many of us become very good at doing what is expected of us—building careers, maintaining relationships, meeting responsibilities, and creating lives that look successful from the outside. Yet beneath that competence, you may find yourself feeling anxious, disconnected, self-critical, restless, or unsure why life doesn’t feel the way you thought it would.

Therapy can offer a space to step out of that constant striving and become more curious about what is really happening inside.

I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions about meaning, direction, and fulfillment. I’m particularly interested in helping people who have learned to rely heavily on achievement, independence, or keeping things under control, but who are longing for greater ease, connection, authenticity, and emotional freedom.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I draw primarily from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than simply talking about your experiences from a distance, we’ll pay attention to what is happening in the present moment—your thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and impulses—and gently explore the patterns that have developed over time.

I want therapy to be a place where you don’t have to perform, have everything figured out, or present the most put-together version of yourself. My hope is that our work helps you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, feel more secure and connected in your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and alive.

I bring curiosity, warmth, and genuine respect for each person’s individual experience to our work. My goal is to help you feel deeply understood while creating the conditions for meaningful change.
