Holly (she/her) grounds her work in the belief that authentic human connection and deep introspection are essential ingredients for leading a meaningful life. She approaches each session with warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity, while working to create a space where no topic or feeling is off-limits.

Holly holds a Master of Social Work degree from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. She works from a psychodynamic lens, believing that formative relationships and early experiences shape our current emotional world. By exploring these foundational experiences, Holly helps clients deepen self-understanding, examine self-limiting narratives, and release behaviors that no longer serve them. In addition, she is trained in EMDR and brings a trauma-informed perspective to every session.

Holly primarily works with young adults in their 20s and 30s who are grappling with questions about who they are, what they value, and how they make meaning in their lives. Holly also has previous experience working in community mental health settings serving diverse populations and has supported clients navigating life transitions, grief and loss, spiritual exploration, anxiety, and PTSD.

Holly looks beyond conventional Western models of healing to help clients connect with their intuition, body, and spirit. She understands that engaging in the therapeutic process is deeply personal—and often intimidating—and encourages clients to recognize their own courage in taking that step, while gently cultivating greater self-compassion.
