I am passionate about working with queer and trans adolescents, adults, and families. I also have experience working with a wide variety of diagnoses as well as providing gender-affirming care. Whether your goal is to gain insight into your own patterns of thinking and being, heal from past traumatic experiences, or build tools to deal with ongoing symptoms or difficult life phases, my goal is to co-create a space where you can feel comfortable expressing and exploring yourself. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and direct. You can expect therapy with me to have moments of light-heartedness and humor alongside the work into more vulnerable themes.

I am a psychotherapist with experience in hospitals and shelter systems. I understand how social and mental health systems can replicate policing and strive to practice from an anti-oppressive lens. In my practice I am driven to look beyond medical models of mental illness and empower my clients to work towards their own definition of wellness. I integrate elements of various modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Relational Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed care.
