Dr. Hila Sachs is New York-licensed clinical psychologist specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Consortium and completed her pre-doctoral internship at New York Health and Hospitals' North Central Bronx Hospital, where she worked with individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental illnesses. Dr. Sachs has also received extensive training in Northern California and New York, honing her skills in treating women with PMADs, birth trauma, and other related experiences during the perinatal period.

Her passion in this field lies in guiding women/birthing individuals through intentional transitions to motherhood and assisting individuals and families with the unique challenges of the perinatal period.

Dr. Sachs customizes treatment to effectively and holistically respond to her clients' unique concerns. She is trained in various evidence-based methodologies that aid in creating both exploratory and actionable sessions. Her clinical training at Stanford School of Medicine, Seleni Institute, and community mental health centers has prepared her to use relational psychotherapy, ACT, CBT (for mood disorders, insomnia, and trauma), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy techniques.
