I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and OCD. I help clients break free from the cycles of over-thinking and ground themselves in self-trust.

As a first-generation American, I specialize in helping clients who are first-generation, immigrants or children of immigrants and navigating the world through the lens of two different cultures while maintaining a strong sense of self. I enjoy working with couples navigating international or multi-cultural backgrounds in their relationship.

My approach as a therapist is collaborative, non-judgmental and curious. I use CBT, ACT, ERP and I-CBT. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to support the development of stronger, more resilient relationships. I use an anti-oppressive, anti-racist lens in therapy and am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming.
