Isabel Ghisolfi is a psychodynamic and relational therapist who prioritizes the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences with depth and authenticity. While her work is rooted in psychodynamic theory, she takes a holistic approach, integrating techniques from CBT and DBT as needed to help clients address specific goals.

Isabel works with adults, young adults, and late adolescents, drawing on her clinical experience in community mental health and university counseling settings. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Columbia University, where she developed a strong foundation in psychology, neuroscience, and a social justice framework. Having grown up between Italy and New York City, she has a particular interest in working with expats and individuals navigating cultural transitions. Her work is informed by an understanding of identity, belonging, and change, and she is committed to providing thoughtful, attuned, and insight-oriented therapy.
