Jamie Albert

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing Telehealth in Connecticut and Massachusetts. My aim is to help empower clients, particularly women, mothers and parents, dealing with a wide range of social and emotional challenges including, interpersonal struggles, relationships, adjustments and transitions, parenting, and much more.

I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and through Postpartum Support Intnerational in the diagnosis and treament of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. My clinicial work is focused on supporting women, mothers and parents who are deciding to conceive, struggling with fertility and/or navigating the perinatal and postpartum experience.

Additionally, I work with both couples and families in preparing for transitions, marriage and parenthood. My intention is to work alongside clients as they  navigate through these complicated times and know they are supported, valued and not alone. I work closely with clients to integrate their own identities as individuals and their roles as partners and parents to help find happiness, purpose and connection in their life.

I invite all clients to bring their truest selves to our sessions, and no matter what they will be met with respect, authenticity and compassion. It is an honor to help my clients develop trust, engage in genuine connection, and work towards healing and growth.
