I am a passionate psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practioner with over a decade of experience helping those with a variety of issues. I have significant experience working with addiction, grief and loss, attachment issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I often will integrate SE into a talk therapy approach that combines many other modalities including psychodyamic, existential, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy, so I work on building a foundation of trust leading to personal exploration and goal setting.
