Welcome! I am a holistic psychotherapist specializing in somatic healing, movement and Internal Family Systems. My intuitive, authentic, and compassionate approach can also include a coaching and psycho-educational spirit. I also use emotion regulation skills, yoga, creativity, and inner child work to help you find your wisest self. Anxiety, depression, work-life balance, imposter syndrome, and burnout are areas I specialize in. I am also a business coach for service providers, coaches, and women entrepreneurs.
I have had my own practice for over 10 years as well as 15 years as a mindfulness based practitioner and teacher. I love holding space for all types of women and supporting you with your struggles, hopes and dreams. I am passionate about social justice and equality and have special training in Anti-Black and POC racism as well.
