I am an experienced culturally-informed individual/couples therapist, supervisor and training analyst. You may experience unhappiness, anxiety, or repeated obstacles to getting what you want in relationships, work, or other areas of our lives. Through a cooperative, supportive relationship with a therapist you trust and feel comfortable with, you can learn how to cope with what life throws your way, and choose behaviors and habits that can help you get more of what you want from life. I believe anyone can learn to know themselves better, live more consciously and have more successful relationships. I offer supervision as well.

My approach is to provide a supportive environment that is tailored to the individual. A psychoanalytic approach looks at the deeper (unconscious) drivers of our behaviors. I see clients who experience anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and other forms of unhappiness or dissatisfaction; and have had success with teens, adults, and couples.

I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst in New York State, having received my Certification from the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies, where I am a faculty member, board member and supervisor of other clinicians.

I invite you to contact me for a consultation and to see if we are a good fit in working together.
