Location

I'm a Brooklyn-based therapist working with individuals and couples, with a Post-Master's Certificate in Couples Therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method (Level 2). I have a master's in social work from NYU, and am licensed in New York and Florida.

Making the choice to seek therapy is a powerful step toward a more fulfilling life. I work with people on marital and relationship difficulties and endings, family conflict, life transitions, and the demands of work and parenting. My approach draws on attachment theory and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. I bring an active, direct, and collaborative style to our work, balanced with a deep sense of empathy, warmth, and respect.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in software development and management. That background still shapes how I work, and I have a natural fluency with clients who are analytically-minded, high-achieving, or navigating demanding professional environments.

My clinical experience also spans New York City's social services sector, including community mental health, schools, and homeless services.
