It is not always easy to talk about how you feel, what you've been through, or what you want. I believe that all people have the brilliant capacity to heal and connect with their innate self-worth, and to feel more satisfied with life. My approach is warm, interactive, and incorporates an intersectional trauma lens. I will collaborate with you to identify your wishes for therapy. We can consider how your experiences, identities, systems, and relationships have impacted where you are now, and incorporate body awareness and strategies to feel better.

I am passionate about working with complex and intergenerational trauma, addiction, and loss (including animal companion/pet loss). I also enjoy working with those who are exploring their gender or sexuality, first generation or children of immigrants, are creative, or struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships, or anger.

I utilize EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, harm reduction/motivational enhancement & other approaches. Cultural/Ancestral experience is honored & can be an important part of your journey. I know it can be tiring trying to find the right therapist! I have openings for EMDR clients, &, those who are self pay. Happy to have a free call!
