I deeply believe in each of our innate drive towards healing. At times we need support to find our way along this path; this is where therapy can be helpful. I employ a collaborative approach to support development of curiosity and compassion for one’s whole self. I work to help you tune into the body’s wisdom, foster acceptance of yourself in the present moment and reshape narratives of the past.

My specialties include working with clients on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQI+ concerns as well as perinatal mental health. I draw on a variety of approaches including Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy and mindfulness based therapies, as well as offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.

My practice is based on the belief that we adapt to a world in which we all experience some degree of suffering. Where we are all exposed to systemic oppression. And where we all have a birthright to connect with love, pleasure and beauty.

I strive to maintain a feminist and anti-oppressive practice. This practice often begins with acknowledging shared and differing relationships to power and privilege in a working relationship. And next, validating ways of surviving while supporting creation of creative resources.

While not in the office, I spend time mothering my little ones, listening to and sometimes playing very loud music, or fostering my love of tarot and all things woo.
