There are many ways to process experiences and feelings, not simply limited to talking. Integrating psychotherapy, spirituality, and creative expression can provide a refreshing, insightful, and effective experience in therapy. In my 15 years of practice, some areas of focus have included trauma, anxiety and depression, stress, loss and life transitions, as well as family and relationship difficulties, among others.
My holistic and relational approach is diverse, including not only creative expression, but breath work, mindfulness practices, and traditional verbal therapies to support my clients' needs through the ebb and flow of life. My spiritually informed practice is enriched through educational offerings and opportunities with my cohort at the Psychotherapy & Spirituality Institute.
In my practice, I work collaboratively to support children, adolescents, and adults in their process of problem solving, personal growth, developing meaning, and enhancing relationships. I support my clients in a non-judgmental and safe space for the overall purpose of establishing harmony in their lives and drawing themselves nearer to joy.
