Master Social Worker, LMSW/Therapist
I work collaboratively with adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns. I particularly enjoy working with those who are navigating life and career transitions, struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, and shame, experiencing challenges in relationships, and struggling with disordered eating and body image concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, meaning I draw on a range of evidence-based treatment approaches to find the fit that works best for you and your needs. Together, we will explore where you feel stuck or dissatisfied and identify themes, challenges, and strengths to help you move towards your goals and build a more fulfilling life.
I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts from Williams College. I have also received post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E).
