Joseph Cook

Joseph Cook, LMHC, Founder and Clinical Director of Mindframe therapy, earned his Bachelors degree from SUNY College at Oswego, and his Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Marist College. Joseph has extensive clinical experience working in private practice, group practice, mental health clinics, and addiction clinics over the 11 years of his clinical work. He has also educated the next generation of clinicians on the value of utilizing evidence-based practices in psychotherapy as an adjunct professor.

Joseph has completed trainings in numerous evidence based practices, and holds a special interest in the treatment of OCD, anxiety, and phobias through the use of ERP.

Personally, Joseph enjoys fantasy novels, the New York Rangers, and is an avid runner.
