Dr. Jon Rosen is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. He works with children, adolescents and adults to overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, phobias, life transitions and other related issues. Dr. Rosen believes in taking evidence based approaches to treatment and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He treats his clients with warmth, trust, support, and empathy.

Dr. Rosen is an experienced school psychologist and an expert in using evidence based approaches in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. Additionally, he utilizes his experience in the schools to identify social-emotional issues and learning needs that are impacting school performance. He works with clients and parents to identify strengths as well as barriers to learning in order to help kids reach their full potential in school.

Dr. Rosen currently serves as the President of the School Division of the New York State Psychological Association. Additionally, he is an adjunct clinical supervisor at Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. He earned his Master of Science in school psychology from St. John’s University and his Doctor of Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Dr. Rosen completed internships in prestigious schools on Long Island as well as in New York City. Dr. Rosen is a guest lecturer at Universities in the tri-state area and works with students attending public, parochial, and independent schools in Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Long Island, and Westchester.
