I am a licensed Psychologist in private practice on the Upper East Side. I work with individuals from college age through older adulthood who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, academic pressures, and professional challenges. I bring a strong understanding of the unique demands of living and parenting within New York City’s fast-paced, high-pressure environment. I am deeply passionate about parenting and support parents as they navigate challenges across different developmental stages. I also specialize in working with families transitioning through divorce. Working with both children and parents, I place a strong emphasis on co-parenting strategies and effective communication that research shows help children adapt more successfully during and after divorce. Additionally, my practice includes work with young adults and parents navigating estrangement or deeply strained relationships.
