I am a psychotherapist licensed in NY, CT & MA, providing psychotherapy to adults and adolescents (13+). My approach is warm, interactive and collaborative, and I prioritize offering a private and confidential in-person space in Union Square for clients' healing and growth. I work with people from all walks of life who have made NYC their home—college students, young professionals, artists and creatives, LGBTQ+ individuals, and expats.

I am a collaborative and relational therapist who works with clients interested in insight-oriented treatment with a focus on self-exploration as well as symptom relief. Typical areas of exploration include anxiety and depression, identity and self-esteem issues, gender/sexuality, existential concerns, relationships, trauma, and life transitions.

In addition to my private practice, I am an advanced candidate in the Four Year Certificate in Psychoanalysis program at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center (PPSC). I previously worked as a Clinician at New York University's Student Health Center/Wellness Exchange.

I am currently forming an interpersonal process therapy group for young adults and college students (ages 18-25), starting in early 2026. I welcome referrals for individual therapy and group therapy, as well as those interested in high-frequency (2-3x weekly) psychoanalytic treatment. I am happy to consult around any potential referral.
