As a proudly trans woman and clinician, my therapeutic philosophy is deeply grounded in an affirming and client-centered approach to healing the traumas and burdens that so often come with living in today’s world. I value a safe, judgment-free space where clients and I can collaboratively explore new pathways towards joy, pleasure, and embodiment. I passionately believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and that it is my role to offer the tools and resources they need to discover what thriving looks like for them.

As a clinician, I have experience working with clients who hold a diverse range of identities across the trans/LGBQ+ spectrum. I prioritize culturally humble care and have experience addressing themes of gender and sexual identity, racism, marginalization, kink, non-monogamous relationship structures, and sex work — amongst others. In session, I offer a psychodynamic approach to understanding how trauma, burden, and stress are showing up in my client’s lives today. Together, we can build on pre-existing strengths to establish skills for better managing future burden.
