I work from an anti-oppressive lens, acknowledging the impact of interpersonal, systemic, and intergenerational traumas and also come from a mind/ body, emotion-focused, healing-oriented approach. I focus on how feelings show up in the body in order to release traumatic energy and disrupt beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck in a trauma state while activating your natural healing capacity and resilience.
