Starting or returning to therapy can be overwhelming. With this in mind, I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that allows for clients to explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and heal at their own pace. I specialize in working with PTSD and relational trauma (childhood abuse/ neglect, sexual abuse/assault), sexual/gender identity, grief/loss, body image, and relationship issues. I strive to maintain an attuned presence with clients and approach the work in an experiential way. I provide integrative treatment drawing from trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am committed to continuing to educate myself in the field. My post-graduate professional training in therapeutic modalities includes IFS, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and DBT. I additionally receive ongoing training in trauma, attachment, and abuse dynamics (physical, sexual, narcissistic).
