Dr. Karen Arias is a bilingual (English- Spanish) postdoctoral fellow at Silver Therapy group, a small group practice located on the Upper West Side. She works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, major life transitions, and reproductive-related mental health challenges (e.g. (in)fertility, pregnancy/ postpartum anxiety, depression, loss/grief, (peri)menopause.
Dr. Arias earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her doctorate from the University of Hartford. Dr. Arias completed her predoctoral internship at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where she provided psychotherapy in both English and Spanish across outpatient, inpatient, and maternal mental health settings.
