Kat has been researching and providing clinical services to those struggling with issues of trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and life transitions for almost 15 years. Following the birth of her son and her own journey into parenthood she developed a deeper understanding of how these issues can be woven together in the unique life transition of becoming a parent. She has become a passionate advocate for the rights of mothers and young families and is driven to support them as they navigate uncertainty.
Kat endeavors to provide as much support and as many resources as possible to help mothers and families feel confident in their abilities, supported by their partnerships, and connected to their community – be that family, friends, neighbors, etc.
