Hello! I work with adults in the perinatal stage or who are struggling with an intense season of parenting; I also work with folks who are neurodivergent, queer, and/or gender non-conforming.
I have specialized training in trauma, perinatal mental health, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the challenges of the postpartum period and early years of parenting. Trained by Dr. Becky Kennedy's team, I'm also a certified Good Inside Parent Coach.
I also work with parents of kids who are neurodivergent and/or gender non-conforming, helping them to navigate daily challenges while strengthening their connection with their kiddo.
I accept referrals for therapy clients in NJ, and for coaching clients nationwide.
