I am deeply devoted to supporting adolescents and women navigating unanticipated challenges and stressors. I think we all can relate to moments or events in our lives that forever change the course of our journey and throw us off of our path. It is in these moments that we often feel anxious, stuck, or depressed. I am committed to working with women to overcome their biggest challenges and fears by exploring what holds them back in these difficult times.
I have specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief and bereavement, and family systems therapy. I have been trained under the SPACE method and can assist with parents of children experiencing anxiety. My experience as a parent of young children offers a deep compassion for and understanding of clients’ experiences and emotions.
