Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor based in New York. I am a solo private practice owner working virtually from Long Island. I work with young adults of any gender identity, and my areas of expertise include anxiety, addiction/ substance/abuse, body image issues, and relationship challenges. I understand that every individual is unique, so each client's treatment should be tailored to their distinctive needs. That is why I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT Psychodynamic, MI, and Relational techniques.
