As a relational, integrative therapist trained at the Ackerman Institute for the Family, I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—supporting them through the complexities of connection, identity, and transition. My clinical work includes premarital couples laying strong foundations, parents navigating the demanding family-building years, long-term partners confronting disconnection or betrayal, and families seeking to repair ruptures, navigate intergenerational dynamics, or strengthen communication across generations.

I also work with ambitious, career-driven individuals who appear to have it all together externally but privately struggle with anxiety, relationship ambivalence, burnout, or unresolved family patterns that continue to shape their present.

My approach blends systemic and process-oriented work with skills-based strategies and evidence-based modalities like CBT and ERP. I support clients in identifying and shifting relational patterns while building practical tools for more connected, resilient relationships.

At A Good Place Therapy, the bicoastal group practice I founded and lead, we are committed to clinical excellence and deeply attuned care. I’m licensed in NY and CA, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
