I provide therapy for individuals working through the lasting effects of trauma, including experiences of childhood abuse, intimate partner violence, complicated grief, addiction, and depression. I bring honesty, sensitivity, and integrity to the therapeutic relationship, with a deep commitment to creating spaces that feel safe, collaborative, and transformative—particularly for those from diverse racial and sexual communities.

My approach is holistic and attuned to both the mind and body. Drawing from somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based clinical methods, I help clients explore how trauma is stored not only in thought patterns but also in the nervous system. Together we work to calm anxiety, interrupt cycles of shame, and reconnect to internal resources.

I integrate grounding exercises, breathwork, cognitive and relational reframing, and attachment-focused processing methods that help clients release stuck emotional energy and build a more compassionate, regulated inner experience. Clients often find themselves better able to move through difficult emotions, make sense of past experiences, and reclaim a sense of agency.

I also support those navigating relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and the lingering impact of early attachment wounds. My intention is always to support self-healing through insight, emotional safety, and gentle yet powerful interventions that allow for growth, resilience, and reconnection to the self.
