Kimberly Meehan, NP is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing medication management, psychotherapy and holistic interventions for adults with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and peripartum/maternal mental health.
Kim integrates a neurobiological understanding of mental health, combining the science of why we feel the way we feel with integration of evidence-based psychopharmacological and therapeutic strategies as part of her prescriptive practice. In addition, Kim incorporates holistic approaches including meditation, mindfulness, Reiki and lifestyle changes to help her clients find balance in their life.
Kimberly has a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavior and Master’s degree in Nursing with a speciality as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Boston College. Kimberly’s background includes working in Partial Hospitalization Programs, Community Health and Adult Outpatient practices.
