Mental Health Counselor
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, working in the field for 16 years. I work with adults in a collaborative, engaging and empathetic environment. I try to help facilitate change and growth and come up with individualized targeted treatment. I have previously worked in agencies specializing in addiction services, housing and homeless services, and pivoted into private practice 8 years ago. I have a passion for working with younger women and helping those in the middle of life transitions. I find that CBT and psychodynamic theories tend to shape my therapeutic work and interventions.
