I’ve devoted my 15-year career as a licensed psychologist and therapist to supporting the well-being of college students and young adults. I love helping people understand and navigate their emotions, beliefs, needs, values, and intuition so they can experience more authenticity, freedom, joy, and ease in their lives and relationships. My other passion is supervising, training, and mentoring graduate students and early career therapists in counseling, clinical/counseling psychology, and social work.
I currently work part time in private practice (NY state - virtual only) and part time for Northwell Health as a Senior Psychologist in the counseling center of the United States Merchant Marine Academy. I have previously worked at Barnard College, Princeton University, The University of Pennsylvania, Ball State University, and on Semester at Sea's Fall 2024 voyage.
