Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
I am a New York City-based psychodynamic therapist who believes that the client-therapist relationship is a critical bond that helps us reach our goals and feel fulfilled. I use my training in mindfulness as well as psychodynamic, CBT, and ACT therapies to guide my clients. We work as a team to tackle the sensitive issues that brought them to therapy.
I have worked in multiple settings throughout my career, such as in hospitals, schools, and currently as a private practice owner and clinician. These well-rounded professional experiences have provided me the tools to serve clients with many different needs. I am a forever-learner and am passionate about bolstering my knowledge on current, evidence-based treatments.
My graduate and post-graduate education have led me to specialize in anxiety and relationship issues with adult clients aged 18+. I received my Master's in Social Work from Columbia University in New York City and my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lehigh University.
