I work with high-functioning people who are quietly overwhelmed inside — the ones managing everyone else's needs while their own goes unattended. If your life looks fine but feels like bracing, performing, or waiting for the other shoe to drop, you're who I love working with. My focus is the gap between the self you present and who you actually are -where that split came from and what it's costing you. Whether it shows up as people-pleasing, over-functioning, anxious attachment, religious or family wounds, or a nervous system stuck "on," we go after the root, not just the symptom. My approach blends somatic awareness, attachment work, EMDR, and honest reflection. I notice what's happening in your body, not just your words, and I'll gently name patterns before you're ready to. I care more about being useful than comfortable. I'll challenge you - and clearly name your strengths. If this feels familiar, there's nothing wrong with you — it makes sense given what you've carried. You don't need it all figured out before starting therapy, and you don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support. If you're curious whether we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
